By completing a purchase of any interiors, customers agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. All interiors are offered under the authorization of By Prentiss Store and its partners. Ownership of certain interiors may belong to third-party creators whose work is distributed through this platform. Please note that these interiors are provided as non-exclusive products.
Important Notice
All interiors are exclusively designed for use with FiveM.
The interiors purchased are linked to the license key of the customer's server and will only function within that specific configuration. Any attempt to use the interiors on a different server configuration may result in non-functionality.
Transfer Policy
After purchase, customers may transfer an interior to a different account only once.
Once you have verified the transfer, the asset will be available on the other user's account.
Please keep in mind that this action is irreversible and can only be done once for each asset.
Support
By Prentiss Store provides support for fixing bugs or issues with interiors. While all interiors undergo extensive testing to ensure functionality, minor imperfections may occur and will be addressed over time. Customers are encouraged to report any issues via Discord. Previews of interiors are available on the By Prentiss Store YouTube channel. If the interior does not work on the customer's server, By Prentiss Store will assist in resolving the problem.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Each interior is carefully tested to ensure functionality prior to sale. By Prentiss Store is not responsible for any issues related to server compatibility or configuration.
By making a purchase, customers confirm that they have the necessary knowledge to install the interiors or have access to someone who can assist them. By Prentiss Store does not take responsibility for ensuring the compatibility or operation of scripts within the interiors.
For interiors requiring IPLs or containing additional scripts, any customization or adjustment of these scripts is the responsibility of the customer. By Prentiss Store provides basic examples as a starting point; further modifications must be handled independently or with the assistance of a developer.
By Prentiss Store is not responsible for any technical incompatibilities between interiors and existing collisions on the customer's server.
Customers are permitted to modify the interiors if they have the requisite skills and resources to do so.
